Used to come to this park as a student over 25 years ago! It's still a lovely place to visit and convene with nature, enjoy a walk around the pond and trees and has a cafe to take a rest and get a bite.

has everything you can ask for in a park... great for walking the dog, playground for the kids and a beautiful lake at its heart

Well I play at the Mashie Golf Course,awesome fun and test had my first hole in one on the 3 hole shot 24 -3 and Saturday nearly 2nd hole in one on the 9th ..shot 27 par awesome place looking forward to opening in the new year...

The park is a nice walk,is dog friendly, and also has grass to play on, basketball court and a playground. Unfortunately there are no toilets at present. The council should provide temporary toilets while they decide what to do with the damaged cafe and toilets.

Beautiful park with some woodland. There's a lovely large lake at its heart and lots of wildfowl.
Cafe roof and toilets were damaged some time back and not reopened since, which is why it's downgraded a star.
